Karachi, January 28, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of MCB Bank Limited (MCB) will be held Thursday, February 07, 2013 at 10:00 AM, at 9th Floor, MCB Building, 15-Main Gulberg, Lahore, to consider Annual Accounts of the Bank for the year ended December 31, 2012.

The Bank has declared the “Closed Period” from January 31, 2013 to February 07, 2013, during which Director, CEO or Executives cannot buy or sell shares of MCB Bank Limited, pursuant to Clause (xxiii) Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation of the Exchange.
