MCB Bank Limited’s board of directors’ meeting

Karachi: This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of MCB Bank Limited (MCB) will be held on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at 10:30 AM, at 9th Floor, MCB Building, 15-Main Gulberg, Lahore, to consider 1st Quarter Accounts of the Bank for the period ended March 31, 2012.

The Bank has declared the “Closed Period” from April 17, 2012 to April 24, 2012, during which Director/CEO/CFO/Executives cannot buy or sell shares of MCB Bank Limited, pursuant to Clause (xxvi) Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation of the Exchange.
