Karachi, July 23, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Tuesday July 31, 2012 at 11.00 am to consider the financial statements for nine months and 3rd quarter ended June 30, 2012 at the registered office of the Company.

As required by the Code of Corporate Governance and Listing Regulations of Stock Exchange, the period from July 24, 2012 to July 31, 2012 has been considered as closed period by the Company during which Directors, Chief Executive or Executives of the Company shall not acquire or deal in the shares of the Company in any manner.
