Message of envoy of Pakistan on Emirates National Day

Abu Dhabi, December 01, 2012 (PPI-OT): It gives me great pleasure to extend my warmest congratulations to the Government and the people of UAE on the occasion of the country’s 41st National Day. The success and achievements of the UAE under the wise, able and sagacious leadership of its rulers is a moment of great pride not just for the people of the UAE but also for the people of Pakistan, not least the 1.2 millions Pakistanis and other expatriates that have been a part of the this nation’s journey towards greatness.

On behalf of the government and people of Pakistan I pay tribute to the great leadership of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahayan, the President of UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Prime Minister and Vice President of UAE, and His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

Let me assure the leadership of the UAE that the people and government of Pakistan are with you every step of the way on this joyous occasion. I also convey my congratulations to their Highness the Rulers of the Emirates, the Crown Princes, Deputy Rulers and the people of the UAE. Long Live Pakistan-UAE. Friendship.
