Millat Tractors Limited’s dispatched of interim dividend and bonus share certificates

Karachi, March 26, 2013 (PPI-OT): We are pleased to inform you that we have dispatched Interim dividend @ 30% and Bonus Share Certificates @ 10% to the shareholders of the Company on March 18, 2013 and March 21, 2013 respectively at their addresses registered with the Company, under Registered Post. The Dividend and Bonus shares were approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in their 140th Board of Directors Meeting held on January 31, 2013.
