Mirpurkhas Sugar Mills to Hold Board Meeting for Financial Statements, Declares Closed Period

Karachi, Mirpurkhas Sugar Mills Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on July 26, 2023, at the company’s Head Office. The primary agenda of the meeting is to review and consider the Financial Statements for the period ended June 30, 2023.

In compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Exchange, Mirpurkhas Sugar Mills Limited has also declared a “Closed Period” from July 19, 2023, to July 26, 2023. During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the company is permitted to engage in any direct or indirect dealings involving the shares of the company.
