Orient Rental Modaraba Appoints Mr. Azhar Iqbal as Director to Fill Casual Vacancy

Karachi, Orient Rental Modaraba has announced the appointment of Mr. Azhar Iqbal as a Director to fill a casual vacancy in the company’s Board of Directors. The appointment comes following the unfortunate demise of Mr. Giasuddin Khan.

The decision was made by the Board of Directors of EMAN Management (Private) Limited, the Management Company of Orient Rental Modaraba. However, the appointment of Mr. Azhar Iqbal is subject to the approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
