Modaraba Al Mali’s change of date – meeting of board of directors

Karachi: This is to inform you that due to some un-avoidable circumstances, we have postponed our Board Meeting which was earlier scheduled to be held on 23rd April 2012.

Now the Board Meeting will be held on Friday, 27th April 2012 at 10:30 a.m. to consider and approve un-audited Financial Statements of Modaraba Al-Mali along with Directors’ Review Report for the quarter & period ended 31st March 2012.

“Closed Period” of the Modaraba will remain same as mentioned in our earlier letter dated 18th
April 2012.
