Murder of Intelligence Officer and attack on Rasheed Godil is conspiracy to disturb peace and political atmosphere of Karachi: Nisar Ahmed Khuhro

Karachi, August 18, 2015 (PPI-OT): Senior Minister for Information and Education Nisar Ahmed Khuhro has said that the murder of Intelligence Officer and attack on M.Q.M Parliamentarian Rasheed Godil was the conspiracy to disturb the peace and political atmosphere of Karachi which will be coped and their nefarious designs would be curbed and added that city’s peace would be maintained at any cost.

He was talking to the media on Tuesday at Karachi. He said that we wouldn’t let to disturb the peace of Karachi and operation would be continued till the complete eradication of terrorists. He said that all the political parties, government and law enforcing agencies were on a same page to eradicate the terrorism from the country.

He informed that a committee has been formed to probe into the attack on MQM leader Rasheed Godil and all the aspects of the attack was being investigated and said that law enforcing agencies would reached to the culprits of the attack and would be arrested soon. He said that if we could arrested the responsible of Safoora Goth tragedy we could also arrest the culprits involved in attack on Rasheed Godil.

He strongly condemned the attack on Rasheed Godil and underlined the need to take action against the terrorists in a more organized way so that people could feel themselves secure. He said that government is taking action without any discrimination and therefore target killing, extortion and other terrorists’ activities is decreased.
