Islamabad, June 21, 2012 (PPI-OT): National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has received a letter from the office of Attorney General of Pakistan with the request to form a Joint Investigation Team (JIT) to probe Arslan Iftikhar – Malik Riaz Case. Chairman NAB Admiral (Retd) Fasih Bokhari has decided to constitute a JIT comprising upon the officers of NAB, FIA, Police and Experts from Banking and Legal Sector to investigate the case.
It is pertinent to mention here that the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan has directed in its order dated 14 June 2012, to the Federal Government to take necessary action against Arslan Iftikhar, Malik Riaz and his son in law.
