Karachi, February 01, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of NetSol Technologies Limited (NETSOL), will be held on February 11, 2013 at 12:00 Noon at the registered office of the company situated at NetSol IT Village (Software Technology Park), Lahore Ring Road, Ghazi Road, Interchange Lahore, Cantt, to consider Accounts for the Quarter ended 31-12-2012.
The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from February 05, 2013 to February 11, 2013 as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
