New stocks added to eligible securities for Future Contracts – Alfalah Securities Limited

Karachi, July 17, 2012 (PPI-OT): According to a recent notice of the KSE, the revised list of 25 eligible securities for trading in deliverable futures and Cash settled Future Contracts have been notified.

According to Alfalah Securities Limited, the new list has added EFOODS, AKBL, PAKRI, AICL as eligible securities based on uniform selection criteria. The revised list of eligible securities will be applicable from the opening of new Deliverable Future Contracts (DFC) for September 2012 and Cash-Settled Futures (CSF) for November 2012. The addition of the new stocks would improve trading interest in the incoming stocks.
