Srinagar, May 20, 2023 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, a court of India’s dreaded National Investigating Agency (NIA) has framed charges against illegally detained senior leader of All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Molvi Bashir Ahmed Irfani, in a false case registered against him. A special court of NIA in Srinagar framed the charges against Molvi Bashir Ahmed Irfani. Earlier, the New Delhi-controlled Special Investigation Agency (SIA) had produced the charge-sheet in the case against the APHC leader on May 03, 2023.
It is to mention here that the Narendra Modi-led Indian government is implicating the Hurriyat leaders in false cases to punish them for their role in the Kashmiris’ ongoing struggle for right to self-determination. Almost entire Hurriyat leadership has been arrested and lodged in different jails of India and IIOJK.
