Jeddah: At least nine Indian nationals were killed and eleven others were injured in a road accident in the city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

According to a statement by Kashmir Media Service, the Indian Consulate in Jeddah confirmed the incident in a post on X (formerly Twitter). The accident occurred near the Jizan area of the city. The Consulate emphasized that its officials are providing all possible assistance to the affected families and are in continuous contact with them.

The Consulate has not released further details about the circumstances surrounding the accident. However, they have established a helpline to offer information and support to those affected.
