Officials of Excise and Taxation Dept Khyber Pakhtunkhwa suspended

Peshawar, September 04, 2013 (PPI-OT): Advisor to Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Excise and Taxation Mian Jamsheduddin Kaka Khel during his surprise visit to Excise Offices at Peshawar and Nowshera on Tuesday ordered the suspension of various officers and officials for absenteeism for duties. He also issued warnings to a number of officers and officials of these offices for not been in proper uniform.

Mian Jamsheduddin said for activating Excise and Taxation Department it was necessary to deal the lethargic and inefficient officials with law. He made it clear that the coalition government of PTI would fulfill the expectations of the people.

He asked the employees of Excise and Taxation Department to perform their duties efficiently and to perform their duties efficiently and wholeheartedly as no leniency would be made with corrupt, lethargic and inefficient officials.
