Karachi: We are pleased to inform that the Board of Directors of our company in their meeting held on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 03:00 pm recommended the following:
(i) Cash dividend
Cash dividend for the period ended 30-09-2011 @ Rs. NIL per share i.e NIL %. No Interim Dividend has been paid earlier.
(ii) Bonus Shares
The Board of Directors has recommended not to issue any Bonus Shares for the period.
(iii) Right Shares
