Pak Datacom Limited’s meeting of the board of directors

Karachi, October 16, 2012 (PPI-OT): The meeting of the Board of Directors of Pak Datacom Limited (PAKD) will be held on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 03:00 p.m. in the Head Office of Pak Datacom Limited, 3rd Floor, Umar Plaza, Blue Area, Islamabad to approve the quarterly accounts of the Company for the period from July 01, 2012 to September 30, 2012.

Closed period of the company will be from October 16, 2012 to October 23, 2012 (both days inclusive). During this period, no Director, CEO or Executive of Pak Datacom Limited shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the company in any manner.
