Pakgen Power Limited’s dispatch of 10% final cash dividend warrants

Karachi, May 24, 2013 (PPI-OT): We have to inform you that the Dividend Warrants against 10% (i.e. Re. 1/- per ordinary share) Final Cash Dividend for the year 2012 has been dispatched by our Share Registrar M/s. Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited on May 23, 2013, to the respective shareholders through TCS on the addresses appearing in their CDC Accounts/Sub Accounts and in case of physical holding, registered with the Company, and in case of mandate, to their respective banks.

A copy of notice in this respect is enclosed for circulation amongst the members.
