Pakistan Air Force Academy Risalpur become champions of inter academy sports meet-2016

Islamabad, January 18, 2016 (PPI-OT): PAF Academy Risalpur became the overall Champions of Inter Academy Sports Meet 2016 by winning trophies of Basketball, Hockey and Football Competitions. Inter Academy Sports Meet was held at PAF Academy Risalpur from 12-14 January, 2016.

Air Vice Marshal Aasim Zaheer, Air Officer Commanding PAF Academy Risalpur was the Chief Guest at the prize distribution ceremony on the concluding day of the Sports Meet. The Chief Guest awarded certificates and trophies to the winning team and appreciated their performance during the competitions.

Inter Academy Sports Meet is held every year, in which teams from Pakistan Military Academy Kakul, Pakistan Naval Academy Karachi and Pakistan Air Force Academy, Risalpur participate in various sports events.
