Pakistan Gains Fresh Momentum in Investment, Industrial Development

Islamabad: Pakistan is gaining fresh momentum in investment, industrial development, and export-oriented projects due to the support of Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC).

According to Radio Pakistan, with SIFC’s support, financing agreements have been signed for the first phase of the Challenge Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Lahore. Spread over 99.45 acres, Challenge SEZ Lahore is being developed to promote export-oriented manufacturing, the textile industry, and the industrial value chain.

The project is expected to generate new employment opportunities, facilitate technology transfer, and enhance Pakistan’s manufacturing capacity.
