Pakistan International Airlines and Civil Aviation Authority can perform outstanding service for the country: Rao Qamar Suleman

Karachi, August 27, 2012 (PPI-OT): Chairman and CEO PIA, Air chief Marshal (Retd) Rao Qamar Suleman has impressed upon the Air Traffic Controllers of CAA that together PIA and CAA the two national Institutions can perform outstanding service for the country in the field of civil aviation.

He was speaking at a dinner hosted by PIA for CAA Air Traffic Controllers at a local hotel. PIA Chief asked the Air Traffic Controllers that during the present difficult period and especially during the next Hajj operation the National flag Carrier needs extra ordinary cooperation from the ATCs. Each one of us being good Pakistani citizen will have to perform in dually and collectively.

DGCAA Nadeem Khan Yousufzai and President ATC Association also spoke on the occasion and assured that they would extend maximum cooperation to PIA and thanked PIA for honoring them.

On the occasion Chairman PIA announced that the airline would consider facilitating members of ATCs for performance of Hajj. DGCAA also presented a commemorative shield to Director Flight Operations PIA Capt. Anwar Adil.

Later on Director Flight Operations PIA Capt. Anwar Adil thanked the DGCAA and Air Traffic Controllers.
