Pakistan State Oil Launches Biker’s Priority Lane

Karachi, August 19, 2012 (PPI-OT): Pakistan State Oil, the largest energy sector company in Pakistan has introduced another novel concept “Bikers Priority Lane” at its retail outlet (AB Ghazi) in Karachi. The Company also plans to extend this concept to other retail forecourts in the near future.

Keeping in view the importance of the end consumer, PSO has developed a special lane for motorcyclists at the selected station in Karachi.

This has been done to give the bikers who make the largest segment of the company’s customer base a feeling of esteem and respect. Treating bikers as VIPs is part of the vision for improvement of customer service and interaction at a deeper level as espoused by Mr. Naeem Y. Mir, CEO and MD-PSO. Speaking at the inaugural ceremony he said The most important single thing is to focus obsessively on the customer. Through such innovative initiatives, PSO will refocus on its core aspect of being a customer centric company.

The inauguration ceremony was also attended by senior management of the company to support CEO and MD’s vision of providing enhanced customer experience to the masses.
