Karachi: In accordance with Clause (xxiii) of the Listing Regulation No. 35 under Code of Corporate Governance, we are pleased to convey the following information:

The Board of Directors in their meeting held on. October 18, 2011, resolved the following;

“That the Technical Services Agreement (TSA) between Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited and Emirates Telecommunication Corporation- Etisalat be and is hereby renewed until further orders. The other terms and conditions of the TSA would remain same as approved earlier by the Board of Directors”.
