Karachi, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd. will benefit from an additional time for organizing its annual general meeting (AGM) as the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has granted an extension until May 29, 2024. The extension pertains to the fiscal year that concluded on December 31, 2023. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the extension by SECP is aimed at assisting companies in preparing comprehensive annual financial disclosures.
