Pakistan to Celebrate Independence Day with National Zeal

Islamabad: Pakistan is set to celebrate its Independence Day tomorrow, engaging in nationwide ceremonies and events that reaffirm the country’s commitment to the ideals of the Pakistan Movement and its goal of becoming a true Islamic welfare state.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the festivities will commence with a 31-gun salute in the Federal Capital and a 21-gun salute in all provincial headquarters. Mosques across the nation will host special prayers at dawn, seeking peace, solidarity, and prosperity for Pakistan.

The highlight of the celebration will be a national flag hoisting ceremony in Islamabad, with similar events scheduled at provincial, divisional, and district levels. Additionally, Radio Pakistan and Pakistan Television will dedicate broadcasts to honor the heroes of the Pakistan Movement, acknowledging their pivotal roles in the creation of the nation.
