Peace in Afghanistan imperative for regional peace: Asad Qaiser

Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser says peaceful, stable and prosperous Afghanistan is imperative for peace and security of the region.

He was talking to outgoing Afghan ambassador to Pakistan Shukrullah Atif Mashal in Islamabad on Thursday.

He said Pakistan desires to further enhance cooperation with Afghanistan for economic, regional and regional development.

Speaking on the occasion, the ambassador said Afghanistan values Pakistan’s efforts to bring peace in the region.
