PM pays glowing tribute to Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto on his death anniversary

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has paid glowing tribute to former Prime Minister Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto on his 45th death anniversary being observed today.

In a message, the Prime Minister said Zulfikar Ali Bhutto played a key role in promoting democracy and democratic traditions in Pakistan.

He said it was due to efforts of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto that the country adopted a unanimously agreed upon Constitution in 1973.

The Prime Minister said a recent judgment of the Supreme Court has endorsed Bhutto’s political struggle.

Shehbaz Sharif said Zulfikar Ali Bhutto’s services for democracy in Pakistan will always be remembered.
