Political parties urged to forge national accord to steer country out of crises

Religious scholars have urged political parties to forge a national accord requiring collective efforts to steer the country out of crises.

In a joint declaration adopted at the ‘Convention for Pakistan Accord’, the scholars and leaders from all religious schools of thoughts emphasized the necessity for all stakeholders to jointly formulate a covenant for the betterment of the nation.

The convention organized by the Pakistan Ulema Council (PUC) was chaired by its Chairman Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi.
