Karachi, June 18, 2013 (PPI-OT): We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of our company in its meeting held today at 4:00 pm at Arif Habib Centre, 23 M.T. Khan Road, Karachi has appointed Mr. Kashif Habib as the Chief Executive for a term of three years.

As a result of recent election of directors held on June 4, 2013, the new composition of our Board of Directors is as under:
