Karachi, June 01, 2012 (PPI-OT): Notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Ashfaq Textile Mills Limited (ASHT) will be held on 08-06-2012 at 10:00 A.M. at 17 K.M. Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad to transact the following business:
1. To confirm the minutes of the last meeting of Board of Directors.
2. To approve the issue of Right Shares to the existing shareholders in the ratio of 2 (Two) right share for every 1 (One) ordinary shares held i.e. @ 200%. subject to approval of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
3. To consider any other business which may be placed before the Board with the permission of the Chair.
We have already informed the members Board of Directors of the Company regarding closed period i.e. from June 02, 2012 to June 08, 2012 as per proviso of Regulation # 37 (XXVI) of the Code of Corporate Governance of the Exchange.
