Karachi, May 28, 2012 (PPI-OT): We are pleased to inform you that we have dispatched the bonus shares certificates for the year ended 31 December 2011 to our shareholders and also advised Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited to credit the entitlement of the Bonus Shares to the respective accounts of Shareholders maintained in Central Depository System.

We have also published advertisement in the newspaper regarding dispatch of Bonus Shares Certificates and credit of Bonus Shares entitlement in their respective accounts.
