Karachi, March 29, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of our company will be held on Friday, April 5, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at 3rd Floor, The Cotton Exchange, I. I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi, to consider and approve the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2012 together with other related matters.

Pursuant to Regulation No. 35(xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance please be advised that the closed period determined is from March 29, 2013 to April 5, 2013 both days inclusive.
