Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari has called for a session of the National Assembly to convene in Islamabad at five in the evening on Monday. The session is being convened in exercise of his constitutional powers.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the President’s decision to summon the session stems from his authority under Article 54 (1) of the Constitution.
