Prime Minister Calls for Building Pakistan as a Cradle of Peace Inspired by Allama Iqbal


Islamabad, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has urged the nation to transform Pakistan into a cradle of peace, political tolerance, and brotherhood, drawing inspiration from the vision of the renowned poet and philosopher Allama Muhammad Iqbal.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the Prime Minister issued a message on the observance of the 86th death anniversary of Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal. In his message, Shehbaz Sharif emphasized that Allama Iqbal encouraged the youth to engage in persistent struggle, carving their own paths through knowledge and research.



The Prime Minister highlighted Iqbal’s philosophy of selfhood, known as “Khudi,” which serves as a guiding light for all. Shehbaz Sharif remarked that by embracing this philosophy, individuals could attain the highest qualities of humanity, fostering a society that reflects peace and harmony.



The call to action from the Prime Minister underscores the importance of Iqbal’s teachings in shaping a progressive and peaceful future for Pakistan, where the values of unity and tolerance prevail.
