Prime Minister spends hectic day in Quetta

Islamabad, January 13, 2013 (PPI-OT): Spokesman of the Prime Minister House has said that Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf has arrived in Quetta today and discussed the overall political situation in Balochistan with special reference to the terrorist act carried out on Thursday in which innocent civilian were martyred.

The Prime Minister was briefed about the situation by the senior officials of the Balochistan government. The Prime Minister also held consultations with Provincial Ministers, leaders of PPP and its Allied Parties in Balochistan.

The Prime Minister intends to continue his consultation with a view to address the grievances of the aggrieved families and resolution of the problem.

The Prime Minister expressed his grief, shock and personal pain over the Shahadat of innocent civilians and said that the entire nation joins him in prayers to grant the departed souls in peace and courage and fortitude to the bereaved families to bear the loss.
