Protest against issuance of domiciles to non-Kashmiris

Srinagar, January 14, 2017 (PPI-OT):In occupied Kashmir, Hurriyet leaders led a protest demonstration at Press Enclave in Srinagar, today, against issuance of domicile certificates to non-Kashmiris by the puppet authorities.

The Hurriyet leaders including Shabbir Ahmed Dar, Muhammad Iqbal Mir, Muhammad Ashaan Untoo, Imtiyaz Ahmed Reshi, Ghulam Nabi War, Shakeel-ur-Rehman, Manzoor Ahmad and Rauf Kashmiri addressing on the occasion said that the move was aimed at changing the demographic composition of the occupied territory.

They said that the doubts by resistance leadership were proved right when the RSS goons attacked Kathua Muslims injuring many including children and set ablaze dozens of residential houses. To stop these incidents in future a policy needs to be devised, they added.

Protesters on the occasion strongly denounced the attack by Hindu extremist organizations like RSS and BJP on the helpless Muslims of Kuthwa. They said this has become a routine for the last three years that Muslims are being targeted in India and in Jammu Kashmir under a conspiracy. They said the Indian government wants to change the demography of by settling non-Kashmiris.

They Hurriyet leaders said that freedom movement would continue despite Indian aggression till it reached its logical conclusion. “The more India uses force, our resolve will stronger to get complete freedom from Indian bondages,” they maintained.
