Protest in Bijbehara against troops’ highhandedness

Srinagar, March 28, 2019 (PPI-OT):In occupied Kashmir, people staged anti-India protest and blocked traffic on Srinagar-Jammu Highway near Bijbehara against the highhandedness of Indian forces in the area. The troops thrashed locals in Bijbhera area on Thursday morning without any rhyme and reasons. Immediately after the incident shouting pro-freedom and anti-India slogans locals blocked the traffic on the highway. The blockade caused heavy jams on the Srinagar- Islamabad highway. Passengers told media men that there was traffic jam on the highway for the past two hours.
