Punjab Cabinet approves funds to purchase 32,000 cameras for election monitoring

Punjab Cabinet has approved funds to purchase 32,000 cameras for election monitoring as per directions of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).

The approval was given during the Cabinet meeting held in Lahore today under the chairmanship of Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi.

The cabinet gave approval to transfer land for construction of smart police stations in various districts of Punjab.

The meeting also approved a new grant formula for Trust Hospitals under the Health Facilitation Programme and also approved amendments in Punjab Drugs Rules 2007.
