Lahore, March 30, 2016 (PPI-OT):Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif visited General Hospital late at night today and inquired after the injured of Gulshan Iqbal Park tragedy. He went to different wards and inquired after wellbeing of every injured person. The Chief Minister directed to ensure provision of best medical facilities to the injured in the hospital and said that injured persons should be cared in every respect and proper arrangements be made for lodging of family members of injured persons belonging to other cities.
He said that injured patients of a family should be shifted to only one hospital so that family members could look after them easily. Talking to the injured and their attendants, Shahbaz Sharif said that he is personally monitoring medical facilities being provided to injured persons under treatment in the hospitals. He said that they are his brave sisters and brothers who have faced the tragedy courageously and he is proud of their bravery. On this occasion, the Chief Minister also inquired after other patients in the wards and issued on the spot instructions for their treatment.
