Islamabad: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has directed to establish Special Road Maintenance Squad at district level. Chairing a video-link meeting, she directed commissioners and deputy commissioners to closely monitor development projects and ensure compliance with approved designs, materials, and technical standards.
According to Radio Pakistan, she also directed for modern designs for city entrances, improved landscaping, and food streets with proper parking, sanitation, and traffic arrangements.
