Quetta: In a significant diplomatic engagement, Sheikh Talal Khalifa Al Thani of Qatar’s royal family met with Governor Balochistan Jafar Khan Mandukhel at Governor House on Thursday, highlighting the robust and cordial relations between Pakistan and Qatar.
