Registered complaints of Hajj pilgrims resolved: Talha

Islamabad, June 20, 2023 (PPI-OT): Minister for Religious and Interfaith Harmony Senator Talha Mahmood says nearly all of the 15,000 registered complaints of the pilgrims have been resolved under his supervision that were directly referred to him through the complaint portal. In a video message, he mentioned that after the conclusion of Hajj, he would personally address complaints concerning private Hajj group organizers.

The Minister assured that the respective Hajj group organizer would be blacklisted, leading to the abolishment of their Hajj quota in case of serious complaints. Senator Talha Mahmood, who is in Makkah to supervise Hajj arrangements, also performed the Umrah and prayed for the peace and prosperity of Pakistan.
