Rehan Hashmi meets the residents of North Nazimabad

Karachi, June 24, 2018 (PPI-OT): Chairman DMC Central, Karachi, Rehan Hashmi visited North Nazimabad to meet the residents to have talk on the serious issue of scarcity of water. Rehan Hashmi had noticed seriously the complain of the residents of North Nazimabad, UC 17, Farooq-e-Azam about the scarcity of water supply to their area. Rehan Hashmi with the Vice chairman of the above UC Taimoor Saabir, visited the area and had a detailed meeting with them. The residents informed the chairman that they have had been facing scarcity of water supply for many years.

They seldom receive, but even inadequate quantity of water. This situation had made their life miserable. Rehan Hashmi listened to them patiently and told that only elected candidates can understand the problems of the people and can do selfless efforts to solve them. He told that the DMC Central had laid and repaired water line at many places by incurring millions of rupees from its own fund just to bring peace in people’s life.

He promised the residents to have meetings with the KWSB authorities to resolve this shortage of water and ensure justified distribution of water to all areas of Karachi. He also requested them not to waste the water. The residents paid thank to Rehan Hashmi for coming to them and giving importance to their problems.
