Karachi, The Board of Directors meeting of Ansari Sugar Mills Limited, which was originally scheduled for January 28, 2024, at 11:00 AM in Karachi has been moved to January 29, 2024. The agenda includes the consideration of the half-yearly accounts for the period ending March 31, 2020. Adhering to Clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Regulations, the company has announced a “Closed Period” from January 22 to January 29, 2024. During this closed period, there is a strict prohibition on any share dealings by the Directors, CEO, or Executives of the company.
