Resignation of Apna Microfinance Bank Director Ms. Tahira Raza

Karachi, Ms. Tahira Raza has resigned from the Board of Directors of Apna Microfinance Bank Limited, effective May 10, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the bank has announced that the procedure to appoint a new Director will follow the requirements of Section 155(3) of the Companies Act, 2017. The TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange have been notified of this change.
