Resignation of directors of The HUB Power Company Limited

Karachi: The HUB Power Company Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange about that Mr. Masood Ahmad, Nominee Director of Government of Baluchistan has resigned from the board of the company with effect from March 24, 2015, which was communicated to the company on June 08, 2015.

Further, the company will appoint a director in place of Mr. Masood Ahmad as provided in the code of corporate governance.
