Karachi: This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 27-12-2011 at 10.30 am at the Registered Office at 23-Pir Khurshid Colony, Gulgasht, Multan to consider the Annual Accounts for the period ended 30th September, 2011/for declaration of any entitlement etc.

The company has declared the “Closed Period” from 21-12-2011 to 27-12-2011 (both days inclusive) as required under clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulations No. 37 of the Exchange. Accordingly no Director, CEO or Executive shall directly/indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
