Engro Corporation Limited’s Reopening of Register of Members and Despatch of 2nd Interim Dividend

Karachi: We would like to advise you that the dividend warrants for the 2nd interim dividend for 2011 were despatched to the entitled shareholders under registered cover on December 19, 2011 and the Register of Members of the Company reopens today i.e. December 20, 2011 after remaining closed from Monday, December 5, 2011 to Monday, December 19, 2011 (both days inclusive) The dividend warrants were despatched 14 days after book closure.
