Indian Army soldier commits suicide in Rajouri, Jammu

Jammu, An Indian Army soldier from the 9 Jat Regiment, identified as Rahul Kumar, tragically ended his life using his service rifle in the Keri area of Rajouri district in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the incident occurred along the Line of Control where the soldier was undergoing training at the Sarul Training Camp. The sound of the gunshot initially led to confusion and fear among the troops, who suspected an attack on the camp. However, upon investigating, they found Kumar deceased and soaked in blood. He was immediately transported to an army medical camp, where he was declared dead on arrival.
