Karachi, September 05, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at Company’s registered office, Plot No. 26 and 26/1, Sector 12-D, North Karachi Industrial Area, Karachi to consider the Annual Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2012.

The close period will be from 5th September, 2012 to 13th September, 2012.
